My horse cut it's nose and I had to have it sewn up.  My vet warned me that it would have large amounts of swelling.  He called me the next day and asked about the swelling.  I told him there was none.  He said that was impossible, that where the cut was it was supposed swelling.  I told him again there was none, so he asked what I put on the wound.  I told him nothing, just fed Equipride and that is suppose to help with blood flow to decrease swelling.  He said he was impressed.  My horse did not have any swelling.  Lori D. Dr. Rob Thoni DVM of Kilgore Veterinary Associates in Kilgore, TX uses EquiPride exclusively in his practice. 

A graduate of Oklahoma State University he’s been in practice for 28 years.  Ninety-five percent of the practice deals with equine surgery, internal medicine, foot repair and lameness issues.

4.   Ulcers.  EquiPride helps reduce degradation of the gut and stomach.  Dr. Thoni says, We get many performance horses with ulcers.  Once we get them healed up we put them on EquiPride and WE DON’T HAVE ANY MORE ULCERS.  EquiPride is the only thing we need to do.  We have documented hundreds of cases and we don’t need any other medications when using EquiPride.
